Shuoling Customer Service Demo

Facebook Login for Business and Messenger Customer Service Demo

This demo shows how a merchant authorizes a Facebook Page, connects it to Shuoling Customer Service, and manages Messenger conversations from a customer service dashboard.

1. Connect a Facebook Page

Use Facebook Login for Business to authorize Pages for the fixed Meta Review demo merchant. Credentials are processed only by the secure server.

Facebook Login for Business

Click Connect Facebook Page, complete authorization in the Facebook window, then return here. Authorization status is checked automatically.

Open Authorization Link
Not connected. Start Facebook authorization to continue.

Authorized Page List

Only Page ID, Page Name, assigned tasks, and whether a Page credential is available are shown. Credential values are never returned.

Complete Facebook authorization to load Pages.
No Page has been bound in this review session.

Security: this public review flow is fixed to demo tenant 3, rate limited, expires after 10 minutes, and uses a random state to restrict Page binding and Live Test access.

2. Messenger Customer Service Workflow

Live Test Mode uses the connected Page and secure server-side APIs. Simulation Mode demonstrates the same dashboard interaction without sending a real message.

Review Steps

  1. Open this demo page.
  2. Click Connect Facebook Page.
  3. Complete Facebook Login for Business authorization.
  4. Select a Facebook Page.
  5. Bind the Page to Shuoling Customer Service.
  6. Send a Messenger message to the connected Page.
  7. Refresh conversations in Live Test Mode.
  8. Reply from the demo dashboard.
  9. The Messenger user receives the reply if the app has the required Messenger access.

If a real Messenger event is not available because the app is still under Standard Access, reviewers can use Simulation Mode to understand the UI workflow, and the submitted screencast demonstrates the full backend workflow.
